These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexvix ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Navo, governing your access to and use of the Navo mobile application and website located at https://navoaimap.com (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

Navo is an AI-powered navigation application that provides conversational voice guidance, camera-based place recognition, and indoor navigation for airports, malls, and transit stations. The Services include a Free plan, a Pro subscription plan, and an Ultra subscription plan, as well as the option to purchase additional credits.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. At the end of the free trial period, your account will not be charged and will revert to the Free plan until you choose to upgrade.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Nexvix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our Services integrate with third-party services including Google Maps, Google Places, OpenAI, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Stripe. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that your use is also bound by Google's Terms of Service.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Navigation guidance provided by Navo is intended as an aid only. You are solely responsible for your safety while using the Services. Do not use the Services in a manner that distracts you from safe driving or walking.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXVIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Negotiations

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@navoaimap.com. The parties shall have 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

11.2 Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, United States. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Security updates, bug fixes, and court-ordered changes may take effect immediately upon notification.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
